  • Good in presentation, communication and articulation skills
  • Good collaboration skills and ability to work with Senior Management

  • Possesses knowledge on accounting principles

  • Conduct Functional and Technical trainings like Alteryx, Power Automate, Qlik Sense, Problem Solving tools training as per training calendar
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure video based training modules are created for Accounting function
    • Coordinate with Managers/ Supervisors to ensure video based training modules are created for L1 and L2 trainings
    • Drive/ Deliver IT digital tools, innovation, and upskilling trainings for Accounting
    • Instructional designer to deliver varied training content, create posters and awareness emails
  • Coordinate cross functional trainings, process and desk procedure reviews
