Job Description:

  • Support risk management disciplines including the Business Continuity Program and vendor due diligence practices.
  • Collaborate with other areas to maintain the Business Continuity network, review strategies, evaluate plan effectiveness, and recommend appropriate recovery practices where needed.
  • Enhance ongoing business performance related to Business Continuity.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand driving business performance and provide consultative advice.
  • Monitor BCP tests and evaluate test results for reporting to management.
  • Keep abreast of product developments and trends in the continuity planning industry by maintaining awareness of relevant changes in the bank.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity.
  • Strong knowledge of Sanovi Kyndryl Tool.
  • Provide 24×7 support for any emergency which may require activation of all or part of Business Continuity plans.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in risk management and business continuity planning.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain and evaluate business continuity strategies and plans.
  • Analytical skills to assess plan effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and product developments in continuity planning.
