Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • Co-develop and define the overall architecture across NPD and parts workstreams
  • Identify the key linkages and individual data elements that need to be built across the platform, point solutions and third party applications
  • Identify the tech platform needs and skillset requirement for the integration mechanism across the applications
  • Prepare a glossary of all the integrations needed across the platforms and the constituent applications (e.g. – SAP, Sim Manager integrations with the
new PLM system) for the key tech competencies needed
  • Liaise with the SI partner team in onboarding the ideal team for the development and the deployment of the integrations
  • Understand stakeholder requirements across functions for NPD and parts to develop a consolidated view and identify dependencies
  • Help the tech architects from Mahindra, SI partner and platform provider in deriving the solutions for the needs across the program
  • Leverage the existing integrations and guide the team in identifying the additional linkages/enhancements across the components of the architecture
  • Ensure end-to-end integration for the defined architecture incl. integrations with existing systems; aid in solving for challenges with SI/ platform vendor
  • Support the program management team in tracking the status and reporting the key dependencies across the program
Experience
  • 15+ years cross-platform experience and in building applications
orchestrating the data flow across systems.
  • 10+ years full-stack development experience in execution of an end to end
enterprise application implementation. Industry Preferred Qualifications Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive/Mechatronics engineering General Requirements Extensive experience with the backend technical (Scripting,
database, workflows) configuration enabling the functionalities
  • Experience in orchestration of integrations through API
management gateway.
  • Expertise in Integration planning and orchestration of data flow
across systems
