Resource Cost Controller

APAC People Resource Management within the department of Installation & Commissioning under Construction operations. This department supports for both onshore and offshore vestas projects across APAC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Invoices are submitted / POs created for procurement of external resources.
• Updating and distributing reports relating to PO creation / Invoices booked
• Ensuring the right POs / Invoices / Payments are followed up with Vestas Finance team and Supplier Finance team for timely invoice submission & payments.
• External resource cost estimate and pre/post analysis.
• Receive approved timesheets as back up documents for the invoices raised for manpower.
• As needed, coordinate between timesheet approver and agency on timesheet registration disconnects/issues
• Approve/reject draft invoices as required.

Qualification:

• 3-4 yrs minimum experience in SAP & cost controlling / invoice management.
• Good knowledge in SAP & Excel. Creation of PR/PO & handline invoices and payments in volume.
• Bachelors in any degree

• Good proficiency in excel
• Good communication skills
• Time management
