Job Title: Warehouse Incharge
Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Incharge. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the Operation Excellence department, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
