About this position:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience with NetSuite ERP modules, and excellent analytical and communication abilities.

• Configure and customize NetSuite ERP modules and workflows to align business processes with system capabilities.
• Support financial operations and monthly close activities by troubleshooting data issues and maintaining sync accuracy.
• Build reports and dashboards for finance, operations, and leadership teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), provide user training, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure governance, role security, and audit readiness in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Leverage expertise to lead or support system enhancements and version upgrades.

• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards using NetSuite's reporting tools.
• Experience with UAT, user training, and SOP development.
• Familiarity with governance, role security, and audit requirements.
