Job Description: Designer and Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer and Video Editor to join our Integrated Marketing Agency. As a Designer and Video Editor, you will play a key role in producing visually engaging content to promote our educational programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Shoot videos using DSLR camera, ensuring high-quality footage and proper lighting.

Edit videos using industry-standard software, bringing together raw footage, audio, and visual elements to create compelling educational content.

Design graphics, including banners, posters, infographics, and social media assets, that align with our brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for promotional campaigns.

Ensure that all designs and videos meet our institutes quality standards and are delivered on time.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and software advancements to continually improve your skills.

Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and successful project completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience in shooting videos using DSLR cameras, with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera settings.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to produce high-quality videos with smooth transitions, visual effects, and audio enhancements.

Strong graphic design skills, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing assets.

Excellent presentation skills and a professional demeanor when representing the institute in client meetings or public events.

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.

A keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box to deliver visually compelling and engaging content.
