HCM Support Senior Manager

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift: UK shifts

Experience: 3-12years in ERP/HCM support administration(We have multiple openings for all the levels)

Systems Experience: Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion or SuccessFactors HCM

Overview of the Role: The Senior Specialist for ERP HCM Support handles the administration of ERP/HCM L1/L2 support services. This role ensures accurate and timely resolution of support issues, coordinates support activities, and provides administrative support to the support team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle the administration of ERP/HCM L1 support services.
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of support issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and organize support activities.
• Monitor and track support requests and resolutions.
• Provide administrative support to the support team.
• Generate reports on support activities and outcomes.
• Address user queries and provide assistance as needed.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong background in business process analysis and ERP systems
