Job Description:We are hiring Inside Sales Executives for our Mumbai office to promote and sell online UG/PG programs. This is a full-cycle sales role that starts with cold calling and ends with successful course enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with at least 80 working professionals daily using leads via LeadSquared CRM
  • Identify upskilling needs and pitch appropriate programs
  • Conduct phone/video/in-person counseling to drive conversions
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
  • Manage complete sales cycle from first contact to closing
