Work Location & Working Days: Work from Office - Hyderabad 6-Day Work Week Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives to achieve revenue targets Monitor performance metrics and train team members to consistently improve conversions Counsel learning prospects, offer career guidance, and explain how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers Communicate the value and uniqueness of NxtWaves CCBP 4.0 Programs Oversee the complete sales closing lifecycle, including calls, product demonstrations, closures, and post-sales engagement Maintain a detailed record of lead interactions and provide feedback to enhance lead quality Drive weekly targets related to revenue and enrollments Share customer behavior insights, competitor activity, and market trends with the marketing team Handle escalations to ensure a seamless customer experience Set clear targets and responsibilities for team members and ensure timely execution Offer quick responses and practical solutions for operational challenges Minimum Requirement: At least 1 year of experience in managing a sales team, preferably in the EdTech sector Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities Native fluency in Kannada and strong command of English A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping learners transform their careers High levels of empathy, patience, and commitment Systematic approach to managing sales funnels, task prioritization, and achieving targets A desire to work in a high-growth startup environment and contribute meaningfully to its mission About NxtWave: NxtWave was founded by Rahul Attuluri (Ex-Amazon, IIIT Hyderabad), Sashank Reddy (IIT Bombay), and Anupam Pedarla (IIT Kharagpur), with a vision to transform Indias youth into highly skilled tech professionals, regardless of their educational background.
