IT Onsite Technician

• 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to build relationships
• Excellent time management skill
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

• Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
• Handle inbound calls and answer questions
• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
• On-site presence for faster response and immediate assistance.
• Hands-on support for hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Assistance with hardware/software deployment and equipment moves.
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Preventive maintenance like system updates and hardware cleaning.
• Focus on excellent customer service and positive user relationships.
• IMAC/D services for hardware assembly, relocation, and secure data deletion.
• Regular stock inventory management for IT accessories and workstations.
• Contributing to documentation and knowledge base for efficient future support.
• Technicians speak local language and technical English.
