The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing sales processes, managing student pipelines, and collaborating with counsellors, universities, and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including lead tracking, pipeline management, and conversion reporting

Coordinate between the counselling, documentation, and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student journey

Analyze sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities

Support the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with global education goals

Ensure CRM data accuracy and generate timely performance reports

Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives

Monitor and enhance team performance through KPIs and regular reviews

Requirements:3-6 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in overseas education or edtech

Strong understanding of student recruitment, university application cycles, and admission processes

Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics

Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
