Salesforce Developer Agile Dev Team Member III

Capgemini is looking for a dedicated Salesforce Developer Agile Dev Team Member III to join our team supporting a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

As a member of the Agile development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality applications based on user requirements within the Salesforce environment. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in coding and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and deliver applications based on business needs.
• Work within an Agile framework to participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment with design standards and principles while developing Salesforce applications, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Perform unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure application quality.
• Maintain and support existing applications, proactively addressing issues and optimizing performance.
• Adapt to new Salesforce capabilities and technologies, contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives within your team.
• Utilize Salesforce integration tools and APIs for developing efficient and effective solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

Work Experience in This Field:

• Minimum Required: 4-6 years
• Preferred: 7-9 years

English Proficiency: Fluent

Required Education:

• Minimum Required: Bachelors Degree

Required Branches of Study:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology

Software / Tool Skills:

Advanced (7+ Years):

• Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC)

Intermediate (4-6 Years):

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Intermediate
• Salesforce Financial Cloud - Intermediate
