Role Summary:

In this role, youll oversee the complete accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collections, efficient dispute resolution, and robust credit management. As a key member of the finance team, youll lead accounts receivable (AR) operations, collaborate with sales and customer service, and drive initiatives to enhance receivables performance and improve cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the AR team, setting goals and driving performance
• Oversee timely invoicing, follow-ups, and collections
• Assess credit risk and manage customer credit limits
• Resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment plans
• Deliver regular AR ageing reports and insights to management
• Ensure compliance and support internal/external audits

Qualification, Experience & Attributes:

• 9+ years in accounts receivable, with 4+ years in a managerial role
• Bachelors in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Strong command of accounting principles and AR lifecycle
• Proficiency in accounting software & Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical, detail-focused, and confident in team leadership
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
