We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in an International process. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a graduate degree, and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with international clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Follow company guidelines and adhere to processes.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Prior experience in BPO/customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
