Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in an International process. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a graduate degree, and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain professionalism while interacting with international clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Follow company guidelines and adhere to processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Prior experience in BPO/customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
