working days: 5 days working, 2 rotational off

Experience: International bpo

Shift timings: 24x7(US Shift)

Salary:Experience: upto 25k in-hand for freshers or 42k for experiences one

Round Of Interview-HR - Versant-58+ -CD -Ops .

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email.
• Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs.
• Meet performance targets (like CSAT, AHT).
• Communicate clearly in English.
• Work in rotational/night shifts.
