Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2+ years of experience in administrative or support role, preferably in procurement....

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Ariba (SAP)
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or support role, preferably in procurement
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to extrapolate insights from data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Detail-oriented, with ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment



  • Coordinate with Skill teams to ensure timely creation of purchase requisitions in Ariba/CPARS
  • Manage order-related databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records, also to support audit requirements if any
  • Provide administrative support for procurement and accounting departments if required
  • Validate & book the Invoices in Ariba system to facilitate supplier payments
  • Address the email queries from the Internal departments and external supplier
