Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of employees within our organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Coordinate logistics, paperwork, and system provisioning for new hires.
• Manage employee changes (promotions, transfers, manager updates, location updates) in HRIS; maintain accurate and confidential personnel files.
• Coordinate exit logistics, asset recovery, systems access removal, final documentation, and file retention for departing employees.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries and route complex issues appropriately.
• Develop and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists; identify opportunities to streamline routine tasks.
