The candidate would be responsible to develop and manage marketing programs, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies majorly in field of Minerals (Talc)
• Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
• Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
• Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
• Analyses and evaluates financial aspects of product development.
• Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
• Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
• Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Minerals market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Local candidate from Mumbai or willing to relocate
• Experience in marketing or related field
• MBA in sales and marketing
• Exposure to Industrial mineral /chemical/ Plastic / Paint /Polymer industry will be Preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 –8 years of experience of Industrial Minerals sales and Marketing.
