1. Develop and design training content for solar PV systems, products, and Conduct on-site, hands-on training sessions for solar installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 3. Manage and schedule training programs to meet organizational needs. 4. Stay updated on industry advancements, solar technologies, and state/central government policies. 5. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. 6. Coordinate with external trainers to ensure quality and consistency in training. 7.
