Role Overview

We're looking for a Category Head - Private Label to build and scale our multi-brand, multi-category private-label portfolio from the ground up. If you live and breathe brands, understand consumers deeply, and know what it takes to create products people love (and keep buying!), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand creation, product development, packaging, GTM and P&L for all private-label brands across categories
• Build a portfolio of high-quality products in FMCG, F&B, personal care, home essentials and more
• Drive end-to-end brand management — from insight → product → marketing → distribution → scale
• Work closely with category, growth, supply chain, and sourcing teams to deliver winning consumer experiences
• Craft a distinct identity for each brand with sharp positioning, storytelling, and repeat-driving strategies

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in FMCG or high-performing D2C brands
• Strong background in Brand Management, Product Creation & Marketing
• Experience scaling a brand from early days to meaningful traction
• Exposure to e-commerce or q-commerce is a must
• A hustler with taste — someone who understands quality, consumer behaviour, and the nuances of building beloved brands
• Strong P&L ownership mindset

Mandatory Requirements
