We’re looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to take charge of our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and beyond. If you know how to crack onboarding, optimize listings, and scale ads. Key Responsibilty Areas: Marketplace Onboarding & Setup End-to-end onboarding of products and brand on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and other emerging platforms. Ensure smooth compliance with all marketplace policies and documentation. Catalogue & Listing Management Optimize product listings with high-converting images, descriptions, keywords, and attributes. Manage pricing, stock availability, and promotions in real-time. Marketplace Advertising & Growth Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns on Amazon (SP/SD/SB), Flipkart Ads, and Blinkit sponsored listings. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Drive monthly growth targets through paid + organic levers. Sales Analytics & Reporting Track and report marketplace KPIs including sales, traffic, ad spends, and conversions. Identify growth opportunities through data insights and competitor benchmarking. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with supply chain, design, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on latest platform trends, policies, and tools.
