Job Role: Sales Professional
We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role where you will engage with parents, understand their child's learning needs, and guide them towards enrolling in our music programs.
You will play a key role in driving enrollments and contributing to our growth.
- Engage with parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable music courses.
- Provide clear and persuasive guidance on how our music courses benefit children's growth.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead follow-up, conversion, and post-enrollment support.
- Consistently achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales data and provide feedback for improving lead quality.
- Build long-term trust with parents, positioning us as their partner in their child's musical journey.
Requirements
We are seeking individuals with:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (EdTech preferred).
- Comfortable working 6-days a week.
- Rotational week offs and rotational shifts.
- Any graduate; background in business, marketing, or music education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
Tech-savvy with basic MS Office skills.
Passion for music/education is a strong plus.
Work From Home Requirements
Laptop with good camera and microphone.
Internet connection with speed above 100 Mbps.
We will reimburse laptop and internet expenses through salary.
