If you are passionate about being part of a team that focuses on solving real life business needs in the Ariba space, you will be a great fit as an Ariba Business Systems Analyst in the Enterprise IT FinOps team at Palo Alto Networks, Bangalore!
We are looking for an Ariba Business Solutions Analyst to join our team to act as liaison between IT and Business focusing primarily on delivering enhancements and own production support. As part of this role IT BSA has to work closely with the various business groups in the Quote to Cash areas in streamlining the processes or identifying the business processes which might be the cause for system gaps or data corruption. IT Business System’s Analyst supports business teams in the prioritization process for new requirements/projects, and provides support for identifying and resolving issues in SAP Ariba. Own the design and provide creative solutions in the Finance domain area. You should have strong working experience in Ariba and its integration with SAP ERP specifically in the Material Management, R2R, and FI modules is preferred. We are transforming our software delivery practices to bring in greater agility. Should be a passionate person with an ability to independently manage production support issues /enhancements and help users with best possible experience.

Your Impact
● Own & drive solution design in Ariba Source to Pay space to meet future business needs, scalability, keeping industry-leading best-practices in mind
● Collaborate with stakeholders to create functional design documents from Business requirements, drive the system solutions and implement it
● Preparing exhaustive Functional Requirement Specifications
● Prepare and Review test plans and test scripts
● Participate in system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results
● Implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, enhance internal customers experience

● Quickly learn and adapt to a fast paced work environment
● Experienced with API Integrations with Ariba
● Interact with non SAP applications like 360 Insights (Rebates), Tax Engine (OneSource) or other API applications
