We’re Hiring: Head of Software Engineering – India/remote

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to head our software engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to drive product delivery, infrastructure optimization, and next-gen technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams across multiple locations in India.

Deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise applications aligned with product roadmaps.

Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, DevSecOps, and innovation.

Collaborate with stakeholders across product, data, and technology teams.

Leverage AI tools and platforms to boost productivity, code quality, and automation.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 15+ years of full-stack development (enterprise web apps).

✅ 10+ years leading engineering teams.

✅ Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Glue, API Gateway, etc.).

✅ Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Terraform).

✅ Strong SQL & relational DB (MySQL, Aurora) knowledge.

✅ Experience in Agile methodologies & DevSecOps practices.

✅ Exposure to AI-powered tools, automation, and ML-driven solutions.

Desired Skills

✨ Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures.

✨ Knowledge of AI/ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.).

✨ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
