We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team in India. As an Advisory Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service throughout all phases of the audit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Mentor and train Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with additional education or coursework in systems, data flow, or technology
• CPAs and CISAs with 10+ years of experience in public accounting, particularly in offshore models
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, industry standards, and risk management practices
• Excellent relationship management, engagement management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff in advisory roles
