Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential B2B customers (retail shops, event planners, hotels, decorators, mandir committees, etc.) in assigned areas.
• Pitch Flower Mandi’s product range, pricing, and delivery benefits.
• Generate leads, convert them into sales, and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
• Collect market insights on pricing, competitors, and demand trends.
• Ensure timely order collection and coordination with operations team.
• Maintain daily sales reports in Zoho (or CRM provided).
Requirements
• 1–3 years of field sales / direct sales experience (FMCG, agriculture, food supply, or similar). Freshers with high energy can also apply.
• Strong communication in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Good negotiation & persuasion skills.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and daily customer interaction.
• Basic smartphone knowledge (using WhatsApp, CRM app, maps).
