Social Media + Influencer Marketing Manager

• Be the influencer plug : Build and manage relationships with creators, from nano to celeb level.
• Strategize and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Lead our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Craft content strategies that blend brand storytelling, trends, and conversions.
• Collaborate with content, design, and founder teams to keep our tone consistent and fresh.
• Track performance, analyze data, optimize campaigns, and scale what works.
• Stay ahead of trends, memes, and creator culture to keep our brand relevant.

• Have 2 - 4 years of experience in social media, influencer, or brand marketing (FMCG/D2C experience is a big plus).
• Know how to turn trends into campaigns and insights into results.
• Have a sharp understanding of digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, influencer platforms).
• Can write copy that connects and strategies that sell.
• Have hands-on experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Are equally creative and analytical and you can vibe with memes and metrics alike.
• Bonus: You’re a creator yourself or have managed creator-led brands before.

Bonus points if you’ve run influencer campaigns before or if building communities is just your vibe.
