    Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all direct and indirect tax compliance processes, international taxation, transfer pricing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimise the organisation's tax position.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure the organisation remains compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead tax audits and liaise with external advisor and tax authorities as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on tax-related matters.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies with financial planning.
  • Identify and mitigate potential tax risks through proactive measures.

    A successful Senior Manager Taxation should have:

  • A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • Qualified CA with 8-12 years of experience in Big 4 (preferred).
  • Proven expertise in managing both direct and indirect taxation.
  • Familiarity with tax compliance tools and software.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations in India and international tax principles.
  • The ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
