Knowledge and Skills Required Hands-on expertise with PCB design, embedded C/C++, DSP, and FPGA/MCU platforms. Strong understanding of

EMI/EMC simulation tools , RF shielding, and thermal analysis. Knowledge of coatings, composites, and defence materials is highly desirable. Experience with

CEMILAC certification process

and

MIL-STD compliance

preferred. Multi-disciplinary problem solver with system-level thinking. Strong skills in prototyping, lab testing, and certification documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a high-accountability, mission-critical defence environment.

Qualification Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Materials Science. 8–12 years

of experience in aerospace/defence systems design, integration, and testing
