- Generate and follow up on leads to schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support lead conversion and customer onboarding.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to call volume and lead generation.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone presence.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service- Real estate is preferred but not mandatory
