Service Now Support SpecialistFed Tec is seeking a Service Now Support Specialist to provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and assist end-users with Service Now-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Service Now platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Now environment.Location: India (100% Remote)Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Service Now platform.Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades, ensuring the platform remains stable and operational.Provide support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the Service Now platform.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Service Now platform.Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.Qualifications:Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.Experience with Service Now, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure.Familiarity with IT security policies.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.
