Overview: We are seeking a Python & AI/ML Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs, and a passion for building real-world AI applications. You will design, develop, and refine machine learning models and algorithms that enhance our products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models.Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train, validate, and test models.Evaluate, fine-tune, and improve existing ML and deep learning models.Create technical designs for AI/ML/NLP/NLU/NLG projects and drive implementation in production.Collaborate with product teams, analysts, and developers to integrate ML models into applications.Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, deep learning, and LLMs.Mentor and guide junior developers in AI/ML practices and tools. Requirements 5-8 years of proven experience in AI/ML development with Python.Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms.Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern NLP techniques.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred - SageMaker, Aurora, MongoDB, Analytics).Familiarity with data science tools (Python, R; knowledge of Java/C is a plus).Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud solutions (AWS/GCP).Ability to produce robust, scalable, and production-ready ML solutions.Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.Leadership ability to train and build a team of AI/ML developers.
