AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for early-career AI/ML Engineers (1-2 years of experience) who are eager to work on LLMs, RAG pipelines, and scalable backend systems. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll contribute directly to real-world AI products from day one.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role
• Working knowledge or experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) and RAG architectures
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning using HuggingFace or similar frameworks
• Good understanding of NLP tasks like NER, summarization, classification, and sentiment analysis
• Solid foundation in EDA, supervised/unsupervised learning, and core ML algorithmsComfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party service

• Exposure to Redis, Celery, or similar distributed task systems
• Understanding of async architecture, background jobs, or microservices

• Candidates with 1-3 years of industry or startup experience in AI/ML or backend development
• Individuals with strong self-learning skills and a passion for building real-world AI products
• Engineers who enjoy blending ML, NLP, and backend engineering into unified intelligent systems
