Roles & Responsibility:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the project from initiation to closure, ensuringsuccessful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, resources, and timelines, to trackprogress and ensure adherence to project goals.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives,scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifyingand implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and seniormanagement, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage project budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring costeffective resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance,support, and motivation to project team members.
• Conduct regular project meetings, facilitating effective communication and decisionmaking.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout theproject lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture, or Masters degree preferred.
• Qualifications: Relevant certifications in architecture and technology.

Work Experience: 6+ years of experience in architecture and design.

• Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT is must.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability towork collaboratively in a team environment.
• Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitaskand manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Should have work experience in villa and residential architecture
