Job Title: Area Manager – Loan Against Property (Prime)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-oriented and stable professional for the position of Area Manager to lead the sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP – Prime) business through DSA channels. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who has a strong hold on the secured lending market and is looking to grow with a reputed NBFC.

• Source high-quality LAP (Prime) business through DSA channels in the assigned territory.

• Identify, onboard, and manage DSA relationships to drive consistent disbursals.

• Ensure portfolio quality by maintaining robust due diligence and compliance practices.

• Meet monthly disbursal and revenue targets as per business plans.

• Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the region.

• Maintain long-term relationships with channel partners and ensure timely payouts and query resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process management.

• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in LAP sourcing via DSA channel.

• Industry: Candidates from Banking and NBFC backgrounds will be given preference.

• Role Type: Individual Contributor

• Stability: Must have a stable career track record.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of secured lending (LAP), market practices, credit parameters, and documentation.
