Associate
We are looking for lawyers with focused experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate M&A, Tech Employment Regulatory, and Corporate Transactions. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling transactions with minimal supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Bengaluru office.
Key Responsibilities:Provide legal representation, advice, and services to clients. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transaction documents, and regulatory filings. Conduct legal research and analysis across corporate, real estate, technology employment, and related regulatory matters.
Participate in team meetings, client calls, and case discussions. Assist in structuring and closing complex transactions.
