As an Associate Solution Architect, you'll be supporting solution architects in architecting customer centric, high performance, secure and robust end to end digital products, solutions, and services that deliver business value while aligning to the bank's strategic target architectures and roadmaps.

You'll be contributing to the development of architectural best practices and guidelines by documenting lessons learned, sharing insights across teams, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the bank's architecture community.

As well as this, you'll be:

• Overseeing the validation and enforcement of architecture and design specifications during the implementation of digital solutions
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting a shared responsibility for delivering architectural solutions that meet business needs and drive value
• Supporting the selection and integration of technologies using the bank's approved technology catalogues, with a focus on practical application
• Adopting a DevOps mindset by working as part of development teams to embed architecture guidance in CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating with senior architects to identify opportunities for programme solutions that align with broader architecture goals

To take on this role, you'll need practitioner knowledge of solution architecture frameworks, modern technologies such as Cloud, microservices and AI, agile architecture and DevOps practices, including a deep understanding of business use cases and emerging trends that drive organisational success.

You'll bring practitioner experience of defining and developing strategic solution architectures that align with organisational objectives. This will include experience of engaging with partners across the organisation to define architectures that deliver tangible business outcomes.

You'll also demonstrate experience of:

• 8+ years of experience in solution architect in solution design to ensure adherence to architecture standards and best practices
• Assist in the realisation of the enterprise and solution architectures resolving architectural impediments and championing the adoption of architecture patterns and practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, business team, engineers and solution architects to design and implement digital solutions
• Knowledge in architecting tools such as visio
