Mobile Growth Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead user acquisition and retention for our mobile apps. Your mission is to develop and execute strategies that boost user lifetime value, improve retention rates, scale ad monetization, and increase subscription revenue using data-driven approaches.

• Diversify User Acquisition: Develop and implement comprehensive growth plans for Android and iOS mobile apps.
• Promote User LTV: Utilize subscriptions, offers, pricing, and ad monetization to elevate user lifetime value.
• Enhance Ad Revenue: Maximize ad earnings through AdMob, FAN, bidding, waterfalls, and placements.
• Analyze User Behavior: Examine user patterns, behavior, retention, and churn to enhance product experience.
• Conduct Data-Driven Testing: Experiment with onboarding, pricing, features, and ad placements to optimize performance.
• Improve Conversion Funnel Efficiency: Enhance install → trial → paid conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention, crash rate, and subscription conversions.

• Proven Mobile Growth Expertise: Proficient in driving growth for Android and iOS apps.
• Ad Monetization Mastery: Proven track record in AdMob, FAN, bidding, and waterfalls.
• Subscription Strategies Knowledge: Deep understanding of various subscription models and pricing strategies.
• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to read and interpret user analytics and behavior patterns.
• Firebase & Data Dashboards Experience: Familiarity with Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, and data dashboards.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.

• Experience Scaling Apps: History of scaling apps with over 100k users.
