- Mechanical Engineer with overall experience of 6 to 8 yrs in Passenger Car
- In depth knowledge of Passenger Car BIW structure and Assembly
- Strong experience in UG NX , Parametric Modelling, surface modelling
- Experience in Manufacturing & Joining techniques of BIW structures
- Concept generation of the BIW components using CAD design & develop BIW panels for the automotive industry
- Ability to create Master sections
- Ability to interpret results of Structural, Static & Dynamic, manufacturing simulations for BIW Components
- In depth knowledge of DFMA, manufacturing feasibility, tooling feasibility of BIW components
- Knowledge on materials, FMEA, GD&T and Stack
Up analysis
- Team center knowledge is a must

- Involving in design reviews and packaging reviews for solutions and quick actions
