Greetings from Peoplefy!! !!We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Pune. Role: Business Analyst Experience: 8-12 Years Location: Pune Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred Key ResponsibilitiesCreate requirements, manage work prioritization, and define acceptance criteria for development teams in the Payments & IT domain.

Identify system/process gaps, automate manual tasks, and address security risks. Drive continuous improvement by evolving Agile team processes. Contribute to product roadmaps and planning with industry insights.

Lead change management & release processes (ITIL best practices). Align Product, Program, Development, and Customer Service teams. Negotiate MVPs with stakeholders to meet user needs.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog sessions). Prepare product documentation (QuickStart guides, manuals, processes). Be a strong advocate for User Experience.
