Executive Account Manager

Fostering long-term relationships with customers from diverse industry sectors, we promote and position our solution to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Presenting our comprehensive solution to clients, providing guidance, training, and support during initial interactions and proof-of-concept stages, while driving engagement through contractual agreements.
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact during sales qualification stages and furthering customer relationships through commercial onboarding stages.
  • Collaborating with pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions addressing customer pain points, coordinating successful proof-of-concept/trial experiences within agreed timelines, milestones, and ROI objectives, ensuring a seamless transition to CSM teams during commercial onboarding stages.
  • Supporting CSM teams with market/industry intelligence and insights to enhance product adoption and usage, aligning with evolving customer goals and objectives.
  • Building customer loyalty by conducting regular check-ins, providing updates on new features, and sharing best practices and industry insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Present and promote our solution to customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions addressing customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
