Location: Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Pharmaceutical Industries to devise, execute, and refine strategic plans aligned with annual sales targets.
2. Cultivate and nurture collaborative relationships with marketing counterparts, Media agencies, media vendors, and key stakeholders.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating with activation teams within media agency partnerships.
4. Foster connections with Pharmaceutical members, with special emphasis on representatives from prominent healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.
5. Manage day-to-day execution and supervision of national media strategies to enhance our relevance initiatives.
6. Identify optimization opportunities based on evolving market dynamics and insights gained from past experiences.
7. Lead audience-related initiatives, offering guidance on new prospects and recommending strategies for team members involved in pharmaceutical digital campaigns.
8. Stay abreast of marketplace developments to identify emerging opportunities and collaborate with the sales head to capitalize on them.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate new business prospects.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business management networks.
