Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager at Phoeniixx Designs located in Gurugram. The role involves managing social media marketing strategies, communication with clients and team members, developing content strategies, implementing social media optimization techniques, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Content Strategy
• Knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Ability to adapt to changing social media trends
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience working with clients in the creative industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
• Focus on TOFU (Top of Funnel) marketing to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Use SEO-driven content, social media campaigns, and organic strategies to attract new leads.
• Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and build an online community.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure a consistent brand voice.
• Run and analyze paid social media campaigns (if required).
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in social media.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and implement data-backed strategies to maximize ROI.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage content calendars and oversee the creation of engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform content and ad strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels.
• Run A/B tests and landing page experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Prepare monthly reports on performance marketing and social media growth, including key KPIs.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation of resources

Goal:

Maximize the return on investment from advertising spend by driving measurable business outcomes (like revenue, lead generation, or traffic).

Requirements

️ Experience: Specify years, e.g., 6 months to1 years of experience in social media management

️ Skills: Content creation, copywriting, analytics, social media tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, etc.)

• 0-1 years of proven experience in digital performance marketing and social media management.
• Strong command over ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and CRM integration.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to stay updated with digital trends and adapt quickly.

️ Basic graphic/video editing skills (preferred)
