Level: M3 / M4

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon

Experience: 8+ years

Domain Requirement: Banking / BFSI + Capital Markets + Trading ONLY

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Trading , specifically in delivering trading and investment mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to global banking environments, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-regional project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of end-to-end Project Management experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets & Trading , including trading lifecycle, order execution, market transactions, and settlements.
• Proven experience delivering mobile trading app solutions for investment products, equities, derivatives, ETFs, MF, etc.
• Demonstrated success leading digital transformation and customer experience enhancement projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with prior experience influencing senior leadership and global counterparts.
• Strong command over Agile delivery , sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence , and project governance tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration capability.
