Overview

The contractor will be responsible for managing and executing Mass Transaction (MT) jobs feeding into the CC&B billing system. This includes ensuring accurate data processing, maintaining service levels, and supporting related billing activities such as bill reprints, pocket assignments, and bill inserts. The work involves medium-level SQL query handling, limited UAT testing, and close coordination with business stakeholders for validation and production deployment.
