???? What You'll DoOwn the CRM: Manage, customize, and optimize Hub Spot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build processes: Create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
Keep it clean: Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system. Enable the team: Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions. Drive insights: Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
Support growth: Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking. ✅ What We're Looking For3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (Hub Spot strongly preferred).
Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a Saa S environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details. Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
