Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC). - Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure components meet exact specifications. - Handle CNC programs and make necessary offset adjustments to achieve tight tolerances. - Conduct in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.). - Perform routine machine maintenance and adhere to all safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Freshers to 8 years of hands-on experience as a VTL / VMC or HMC operator. - Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E or a related field. - Skills: Strong ability to read technical drawings, proficiency with measuring instruments, and a keen eye for detail. - Bonus: Experience with Fanuc or Siemens controllers is a plus!
