Job Title: Scrum Master and Business Analyst (Data Warehouse Data Services)Job Start Time: 3 PM ISTPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scrum Master and Business Analyst to join our CAESAR Data Services team. This hybrid role is responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement, while also gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and data requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, business analysis, and data warehousing concepts.Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master DutiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, RetrospectivesCoach the team on Agile Scrum best practices and principlesRemove impediments and foster a collaborative self-organizing team environmentTrack and communicate team metrics velocity burndown etc to stakeholdersWork closely with Team Business and Stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlogBusiness Analyst DutiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projectsTranslate business needs into clear actionable user stories and acceptance criteriaWork with data architects engineers and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accuratelyDevelop process flows data mappings and other documentation as neededSupport data quality initiatives and help define data governance standardsAssist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutionsRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field3 plus years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment3 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in data warehousing data analytics or data servicesStrong understanding of data warehouse concepts ETL processes and data modelingExperience with Agile project management tools eg Jira ConfluenceExcellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skillsAbility to translate complex business requirements into technical specificationsOptional but good to have Scrum Master certification CSM PSM or equivalentExperience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience in the insurance or financial services industryFamiliarity with cloud data platforms eg Snowflake AzureKnowledge of data integrations and data quality frameworks
