About the Role As a Digital Advertising Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert. Your role is essential in ensuring that Uniqlo continues to reach the right customers with the right message, while staying true to our values of simplicity, quality, and longevity. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping, and video.
Optimize campaigns daily to achieve maximum ROI and growth objectives. Conduct audience, keyword, and market research to refine targeting and ad relevance. Partner with creative and brand teams to align advertising with seasonal collections and campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on performance data with actionable insights. Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and new opportunities in the Google Ads ecosystem. What
We're Looking For 3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns at scale. Strong knowledge of performance marketing, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency with Google Analytics and related reporting platforms. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance data-driven decision making and brand storytelling.
